5.1 The candidate must:

a) be over 18 years old

b) hold at least a university degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, Law, International Relations, Economics or related areas

c) prove proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages and working professional knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish language

d) prove knowledge in the areas of
(i) preparation and presentation of research related to the area of trade promotion,
(ii) text editing tools and preparation of spreadsheets,
(iii) databases and
(iv) Internet

e) have excellent communication, written and oral expression skills

6. APPLICATION

6.1 Those interested in applying must send to the Selection Committee, by e-mail, until 12/12/2022, the registration form, available on page [https://www.gov.br/mre/pt-br/embaixada-baku] of this announcement, duly completed, together with the documentation listed below:

i. detailed curriculum vitae and certificate of experience provided by a previous employer, if any

ii. copy of identity document (identity card)

iii. copy of university graduation certificate(s)

iv. copy of certificate of completion of specialization or graduate study in an area related to the activity to be performed, if any

v. recommendation letter(s) from previous employer(s), if any

vi. proof of Azerbaijani nationality or, for foreigners, valid permanent residence card and work permit certificate, issued by the State Migration Service

vii. certificate of registration on the Azerbaijani social insurance system

viii. negative certificate of criminal record valid and issued no more than 3 months before the date of submission of the documentation

ix. 3x4 cm format photograph, with even lighting on the face and white background

x. For Brazilian candidates, also:

a) statement of awareness that this job is not related to any public job or function governed by the Brazilian legal system (contained in the application form)

b) Valid Brazilian passport

c) Voting Compliance Record (http://www.tse.ius.br)

d) Compliance with military service by providing record of enrolment in, or discharge from military service for Brazilian male applicants up to the age of 45 (Decree 1570, Art. VII, §2)

6.2 The documentation listed in item 6.1 must be sent to the e-mail sayt yazmaq olmaz! until 11:59pm on December 12th, Baku time, under the title “Foreign Trade & Investment Technical Assistant (2022) – APPLICATION”

6.3 Documentation received after 12/12/2022 or that is incomplete will not be considered. Only candidates who present all the documentation requested in item 6.1 will be considered eligible

6.4 The Embassy of Brazil in Baku will not sponsor any visa for the job covered by this selection process. If you are not an Azerbaijani citizen, you must already have a valid permanent residence card and work permit certificate, issued by the State Migration Service
