1.1 To provide answers to customers requests concerning company’s product and services and carry of obligations properly.
1.2 To follow the company’s procedures, policy and rules.
1.3 To answer and proceed with inbound calls from customers.
1.4 To communicate with customers via phone as per company’s internal call center instruction.
1.5 To inform customers about optional services and propose to customers such services.
1.6 To arrange bookings for cortiers using DHL Express company special electronic system
1.7 Attraction of new customers and providing to customers a high level service
1.8 To track shipments and provide to customers current status information
1.9 To inform customers regarding tariffs and transit time correctly
1.10 To try to solve customers issues (claims) without management if possible. To inform management as soon as possible, if there is written claims
1.11 To follow the work schedule strictly in accordance with customers department rules
1.12 Compliance with company’s discipline, internal labor regulations, labor protection, safety and fire safety requirements
1.13 To take care the Employer’s property and equipment as well as the other employees equipment and property

- To work with MS Office programmes
- Well-bred speech
- Good analitycal skills
- Attention to details
- Work experience in Customer Service sphere recommended
- Sales skills through phone - advantage.
Working hours :
- From Monday till Friday 09:00 a.m. – 18.00 p.m. - On Saturday - from 09:00 a.m. till 15.00 p.m.
- Meal time: 13:00pm - 14:00pm
