Main responsibilities:
- Understand product requirements and work with customers to clarify them
- Responsible for product development
- Prepare budgets, allocate resources and delegate tasks
- Ensure product development is on track and adjust schedules as necessary
- Work with various design teams to create product prototypes
- Conduct market research and receive feedback from consumers about the product
- Coordinate departments and creative teams
- Identify weaknesses in prototypes and make necessary changes
- Receive feedback from customers, designers and engineers and adjust product specifications as necessary

- Proven experience in bringing new products to market and developing current ones, with cases and metrics
- Development of a product strategy for the product matrix
- Experience in building and working with a team of 50 people or more
- Managing marketing and sales teams to achieve financial results
- Hiring and managing the product team
- Management of the development and design team
- Rapid testing of product hypotheses, MVP launch
- Conducting JTBD interviews with the target audience
- Studying the market and competitors
- Development of prototypes, writing requirements for developing product functionality
- Writing requirements for creating analytics dashboards, working with a team of analysts
- Analysis of results throughout the funnel, search for growth points, influence on them
- Search and work with contractors in marketing and other areas
- Higher education
- Level of English is at least Upper Intermediate
