- Front office clerk must serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation
- Hotel front office clerk responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms and their rates
- İf you already have work experience in the hotel industry, it is a big plus for you!
- Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests, because in hotel industry, front desk is usually the first person who greets you when you walk into a hotel
- Your key duties will include distributing room keys, registering guests and verifying reservations
- You also tasked with helping guests with any questions or complaints
- Answering all incoming calls, redirect phone calls to the appropriate department if needed and take down messages
- Monitor, organize and forward emails; track and order office equipment and supplies
