- Liaising with key company departments to determine their product and service needs
- Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
- Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results
- Managing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organization
- Implement policies and procedures to control on daily operation process
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services
- Preparing procurement reports

Requirements:
- Higher education
- 2-3 years of experience in this field, preferably in the hotel sector
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Market analysis, negotiation, responsibility and problem-solving skills
- Azerbaijani language (Russian and English are desirable)
