- Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, including office correspondence, translations, and presentations
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings and welcoming visitors
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, equipment and utility payments
- Create and daily update records and databases with Procurement, Sales, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Performing other relevant duties when needed
