- Daily base communication to new and potential customers
- Price calculation and submission of customer RFQ’s
- Answering customer queries and submit the transportation options
- Plan & Control transportation resource for timely shipping & delivery
- Negotiate and book cargo with shipping lines, airlines and haulers
- Manage documentation flow. This includes bills of lading, AWB, CRM, packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin and licences
- Coordinate the collection/delivery process and manage this until the final destination
- Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process
- Timely billing to customer
- Working hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 till 18:00
Namizədə tələblər
- University degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years related work experience in logistics is preferred
- Provide Sales & Marketing knowledges and expertise, analyse and evaluate resources that are necessary to achieve revenues in accordance with our company philosophy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), 1C (preferred)
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
