We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Outside Sales Representative located in Baku to provide personalized Abicor Binzel products to fit our customer’s equipment, tooling, and consumable needs. The customer base would include industrial, metallurgy, chemical/refinery, marine construction, welding & rigging and civil industries.
Knowledge of/or experience in industrial construction, welding, and heavy lifting equipment applications, parts, and tools (sales ) is a major plus. The right will pass training in our company to get the knowledge about the products.
This position might involve some travel, including overnight stays. The personal car will be an asset, however, expenses will be met by the company.

Working hours:
- Mon-Fri - 09.00-18.00 (to be discussed)

- Supply management with written information/reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Proactively seek more business development tasks and projects
- Follow Company related policies and standards
Key skills:
- Provide welding consumable and equipment solutions or recommendations to clients
- Capable of demonstrating the use of welding equipment and supplies
- Troubleshoot welding-related issues and apply effective solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the relevant Industry
- Proven sales success of strategic sales
- Experience with collecting competitive information, identify weaknesses and compare them to our strong features/benefits
- Excellent command of Azerbaijan, Russian language, and Intermediate knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiations skills
