- Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Key skills:
- Provide welding consumable and equipment solutions or recommendations to clients
- Capable of demonstrating the use of welding equipment and supplies
- Troubleshoot welding-related issues and apply effective solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the relevant Industry
- Proven sales success of strategic sales
- Experience with collecting competitive information, identify weaknesses and compare them to our strong features/benefits
- Excellent command of Azerbaijan, Russian language, and Intermediate knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiations skills
