İş barədə məlumat"ACES Global Quality Services" is looking for Expediting Specialists for Oil & Gas sector in Azerbaijan.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and manage all Exepditing activities for assigned customer projects
- Coordinate and manage the manufacturing schedule with the project team and suppliers to ensure delivery of equipment and documentation as required by the project
- Report progress and potential deviations into the project team
- Obtain and manage recovery plans from suppliers
- Confirm supplier’s ready to ship date, release material and liase with logistics to obtain delivery of all equipment
- Liase with project manager on project progress reporting and milestone payments
- Liase with project procurement on PO amendment and close out process
- Further improve processes, tools and templates
- Work schedule: full day
